🎯 Your Job

As an Operator, you need to review the current blend sheet for your line and verify that the order number, product number, additive rate, and the blender settings match what's shown on the screen.

📋 How to View Your Line's Blend Sheet

1

Go to Operator View

From the Home page, click "Operator View" or go directly to the large display screen.

2

Select Your Line

Click on your line number (e.g., Line 1, Line 2, etc.). Only lines at your facility will be shown.

3

View the Blend Sheet

The current active blend sheet will display with:

  • Order Number - The production order
  • Part Number - What product you're making
  • Material List - Each material with loader position and set point
  • Regrind % - Current regrind percentage
  • Color Code - The warehouse color for regrind
4

Verify Settings

Compare the displayed values to your actual blender settings. If something doesn't match, notify your Process Tech.

🔍 Understanding the Display

Loader Positions (LDR)

Each material shows which loader hopper it should be in. Verify the correct material is in the correct loader.

Set Points (%)

The percentage each material should be set to on the blender. These should match your blender's actual settings.

Regrind Status

PRODUCING = Making more regrind than using
CONSUMING = Using more regrind than making
MAINTAINING = Balanced

⚠️ TRIAL Watermark

If you see a "TRIAL" watermark, this blend sheet is for a product trial run. Follow any special instructions from your Process Tech regarding the trial.

🎨 Color Codes

The color code (e.g., "Vanilla", "Blue", "Natural") is for fast identification purposes only - it does NOT mean the materials are that color. Use the color code to:

  • Quickly identify which blend sheet is running
  • Label drained regrind bins and gaylords properly
  • Match regrind to the correct blends

❓ Common Questions

A: Contact your Process Tech - they need to create a blend sheet for the current order.

Q: The settings don't match my blender?

A: Do NOT change the blender without Process Tech approval. Notify them immediately.
